The Global eHealth Commission (GeHC) is an independent professional platform for eHealth professionals and associates across the globe. The commission was originally incepted in 2019 and formally launched in Jan 2023 in collaboration with several educational institutions and industry experts from all over the world. The commission's ultimate goal is to build and regulate standards related to Ethics, Policies, and technology required to build an eHealth program.

• Build eHealth Ethics, Policy, and Technology standard eHealth Book of Knowledge (eHBoK).
• Provide adequate knowledge and skills to clinicians, technologists, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
• Assist healthcare organizations in acquiring GeHC eHealth standards.

The vision of the Commission is healthier lives, digitally enabled. There are four priority areas:
• Provide independent global leadership and expertise to advance health innovation.
• Build the movement through networks, events, and ideas exchange.
• Build the digital health capability of the healthcare workforce and champion expertise and professionalism.
• Foster a high-performance innovative culture that is well-governed, diverse, and growing.
